Craft Capital Management is proud to welcome Brian Goldberg as our new Director of Institutional Banking.
Brian brings more than fifteen years of experience across capital markets, corporate securities, and principal investing. His background is unique because he has operated on both sides of the table. As a dual qualified attorney and fund manager, he has structured and closed equity and equity linked financings across technology, biotechnology, consumer, and industrial sectors. His experience allows him to approach transactions with both a technical understanding of the regulatory landscape and a practical sense of how investors evaluate growth opportunities.
Before joining Craft, Brian practiced securities and corporate transactions at a leading law firm where he advised issuers, placement agents, underwriters, and investors on Regulation D offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and traditional IPOs. He also founded and manages private investment vehicles focused on growth equity and pre-IPO opportunities, which gives him an informed perspective on market timing and deal execution.
Brian earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Delaware. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and holds his FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.

At Craft Capital Management, Brian will work closely with emerging growth and middle market companies to help them design efficient, market responsive capital raising strategies across both private and public markets.
Please join us in welcoming Brian to the Craft Capital team.
